After the show in at the Louvre in Paris, France, Anne's work will continue to travel internationally with Ava Galleria to Helsinki, Tokyo, Osaka, Rio de Janeiro.
SEWE is a three-day by invitation only exhibition dedicated to wildlife art and wildlife conservation. Anne will be featuring new artwork from her latest trip to Africa.
Long Division, is an example of the artwork Anne will exhibit at SEWE. About this piece, Anne says,
"What would long division be in a gorilla's mind: successful births vs. losses, years of peace divided by conflict, man's positive influence split by our negative deeds? The model looks at me and I wonder how to I add up to him?"
A passionate wildlife conservationist, Anne London will donate the profits from the sale of Long Division to The Gorilla Doctors, a non-profit dedicated to saving the mountain and eastern lowland (Grauer's) gorilla species one gorilla patient at a time. You can learn more about their incredibly successful work at www.gorilladoctors.org.Website: http://sewe.com/the-exposition/
