The most iconic image for myself, this old soul was seen calmly lying on the road's shoulder outside of Kruger PArk in South Africa. He looked over at me for only a moment, resuming his survey of the horizon. I could see nothing moving there, and wondered if he might be imagining old battle scenes, ladies wooed, cubs silhouetted by a sunset. I'll never know, but this particular lion has inspired so many people to share their narrative version- I'd love to hear your own version someday.
Originally, this piece was done on heavy Arches paper, a rarity for me . I've chosen to present the giclee with the deckled edge showing, floater style, over a custom background.
Giclee Dimensions: 30" x 40"including borders behind deckled edges.
