Our art show season began in Coconut Grove, Miami. We had gorgeous weather, and got to see lots of our old friends! I even won third place in the art competition at the show. I can't believe my work was chosen over 250 other artists! It was quite an honor, as well as quite an experience as they presented the award to me carried by a bagpipe troop playing loudly.
Our next two shows were in Texas were again. We got to see lots of old friends, and again were blessed with beautiful weather! I'll include some photographs of my booth and some of the other artwork belonging to friends as well. In June, after only one week home from six weeks in Africa, we head up to Ohio for the Boston Mills show. And of course, I'll get to see lots of my old friends there and in my old city of Columbus.
